We are Hiring!

City Sports and Spinal is currently on the hunt for another physio to join our team.

If you’re interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced practice with the support of an experienced team then this is the opportunity for you!

We’re committed to supporting our staff to experience a rewarding and meaningful work-life, at any point in their career.

Working with us

At City Sports and Spinal we see an opportunity to do better – for better service quality and better value within the healthcare industry. We provide premium, individualised and one-to-one care. Our common purpose is to understand our clients’ goals, and to provide best practice and clinical excellence, to use our resources effectively to achieve lasting and meaningful outcomes. Best practice tells us to provide education, and to support active self-management and exercise for treatment of injury and pain.

At the heart of our work is being client-centred. Sometimes we have to work to remove barriers to focus on what matters. Sometimes we have to challenge established beliefs about physiotherapy treatment and pain. Our patients leave thinking differently about their ability, feeling better informed, actively engaged and more confident.

Put simply, we want to help real people in a real-world environment.

Take the lead.

Regardless of experience, we recognise that each of our staff can take a clinical lead – to explore leading edge science, to develop a deep clinical knowledge, and to bring research into practice, and put our knowledge into action. We share what we learn at weekly team meetings, and regular informal case discussions. We’re recognised for our expertise.

Our Practice operates a second branch within a large medical centre, where we each mentor groups of GP Registrars including fortnightly practical sessions. As a Team, we’ve delivered continuing education to GP practices, GP registrars, and community groups. All of our staff participate in the clinical supervision of physiotherapy students. We enjoy collaborating with physios from other agencies/practices. All of this contributes to a real sense of involvement and a recognition as a respected practitioner.

Ask yourself what you want from your career. We value giving each staff member the support and recognition they deserve. Our best. Your best.
