About Adrian

Adrian graduated from Griffith University in 2017 and has been with City Sports and Spinal since early 2018. Since starting with the practice Adrian has taken on the mentorship of his senior colleagues and professional development and has grown considerably as physio. He brought a fresh mindset to the practice and a modern approach to treating injuries. The result of this is a unique combination of manual practices and high level therapeutic expertise.

Adrian has attended professional development regarding the assessment and treatment of the cervical spine, thoracic spine and ribs. This enabled him to begin treating complex breathing dysfunction, the runners stitch and middle back / rib pain. Because of his sporting past and his (frequent) injuries, Adrian has a passion for managing sporting injuries, from the elite athlete to the weekend warrior. Adrian’s passion lies in treating the initial injury, and then taking rehab to the next level to prevent recurrences.

Adrian has been passionate about strength and conditioning for years, and provides every patient with some form of self-management aimed at making a permanent change. He also enjoys working with pre-operative clients and then following up with them post-operatively to equip them with the tools they need to maximise their function and quality of life.

When Adrian’s not at work you’ll find him playing squash or walking his sausage dog.
